Project: An established office block that needed a complete internal and external refurbishment to make way for new office spaces.

Client Wanted: Clean open style work environment, along with individual offices. The complex a large unfinished area needing internal walls, lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, painting as well as IT technology throughout. Client also wanted a unique wheelchair stair lift. Client was also on a 2 months deadline for job to be complete.

The Result: A large new office space area for Chess Employment, with front of house reception, internal offices, meeting rooms, wheel chair access.
